12:25 PM EDT update - TopShelf back up, no word on what the problem was. - Erin

11:34 AM EDT update - Erin called back and she's now calling the server host to see what's going on. More as we find out what's going on.

BCTS seems to be down since around 10:50 AM EDT or so. As of almost 11:30 AM EDT I still can't get into the server to see what the problem is. I've placed a call to Erin and will have to wait until she gets the message since it went to her voice mail on her cell phone.

I'll keep checking on the situation and post again when the server returns.
