Okay folks, it isn't funny any more. It's become a royal pain in the ass.

Some folks are using software that sucks everything out of the site and places a copy on their local hard drive for off-line reading. The problem is that I don't have enough bandwidth available to support this kind of activity.

I just had to lock another user out for doing a massive download and I'm not happy about it.
