Thanks to emails from several users I've learned that a couple of days ago a minor DNS server problem caused the email server for all Stardust emails to users to be blacklisted in error.

I believe that I've corrected the problem and removed the email blocks. If you've applied for an account or asked the system to email you a new password since July 4th please try it again. Users that applied for a new account should try to log in with the name you used then tell the system that you forgot your password to have a new password emailed to you. Users with a forgotten password should try the same thing to have the system reset the password on your account and send you an email with the new temporary password.

You DID use a valid email account when you signed up didn't you because that's the ONLY way to get your password. If you've recently changed your email address be sure to go into your account settings using the 'my account' link to change your email address on the system.
