Somehow I suspect that the folks a bit further south than upstate NY are getting a small taste of what we here in central NY have for most of the winter. They are still digging out from the last storm and yet more snow and cold weather is headed their way on Tuesday.

Looks like here in CNY that the snowfall will only be a few inches at most. They'll probably run the plows a time or two to clear the roads then wait for the next batch to fall.  In DC they're dreading the next storm. Loads of power is still out and they're running out of places to out all the snow in the built-up urban areas. Ido hope that the storm moves through quickly and that the people without power are going to be able to make it through the cold without problems.
