The chat rooms are now back in operation again. You can reach them by using the Chat Rooms link at the top of each page of this web site. Also, the information needed for chat clients like mIRC is available there as well.

These rooms are now located on a DIFFERENT SERVER so any links you're stored to the old rooms won't work any more.
