Relating to stardust and all stuff that connected with the space. Did you see documentary film about comets? As I remember this is BBC film (maybe no). The main goal of this film is the statement that comets has brought the life to Earth. The explaining is very simple. Many comets was made from water (90% of weight of comets consists from water). Couple of billion years ago when our Earth was like egg on frying pan, comets cooled it surface. This statement was the topic of many essay writers that are interested in this stuff. What do you think about this? For example I don't know what's true of fake there!

Thaumaturgy by Tesseract Universe
Submitted by ariel on 2012, February 3 - 9:09amThaumaturgy by Tesseract Universe
Tales of Science and Sorcery
This universe's comonality is that thaumaturgy (miracle working and magick) interacts with a tessaract (a means of crossing space and time) and other technological means. Sometimes 'Thaumaturgy by Tesseract' means miracle working accomplished through the use of crossing space and time and technology. At other times it is miracle working being accomplished along side of technological feats. Since space and time crossing is integral to some of the stories in this universe, Arthur C Clark's observation that sufficiently advanced science is indistinguishable from magic is very applicable as well. Welcome to my universe where science and sorcery co-exist and this is revealed to the people in the story through a new interaction which had been previously kept secret from them.

Alone 4: The Ride
Submitted by grover on 2012, January 19 - 12:23pmStandard Disclaimer: None of these characters or situations are meant to be any specific person alive or dead. I the author reserves all rights.
This is another installment of Alone and won't make much sense without reading the preceding chapters. I've been told it's rather rambling and that is on purpose. This is a survivor's story and I hope the disjointed style will help convey the hopelessness of the situation. Yes, this was inspired by "I am Legend" and other similar stories.

The downside to super-hearing is you can't ignore the phone when it rings, no matter how deeply asleep you were. I blearily reached out for the phone resting in its cradle beside the bed, kicking my legs to untangle the sheets from around me. The glowing numbers on my alarm clock tell me it's 8.00am. And a Wednesday.
